I've contemplated giving this up, since I've reached the thousand mark. But despite my barely posting once a month, I can't quite do it. Which hasn't stopped me from starting up something new: queercult. It's all about pre-Stonewall gay esoterica. Check it out and let me know what you think. It's just the beginning...

The Swedish word for the day is projekt. It means project, of course.

Inte ge upp. INTE ge upp. I don't know you at all but I'm delighted each time I find a new post on your blog. (And I'm worse, by the way. My last update was in June.)

Speaking of Projects, what do you think of this?

Please don't stop, just rename the blog to "How to learn Swedish in 10,000,000 difficult lessons"! ;-)

Yes, don't give it up. I don't know you either, but I love it too -- and my Swedish is neither better nor worse, just nonexistent.

I hope you find the time to keep this going. I'll even settle for one post a month!

Oh don't stop posting! (She anonymously pleads).

I got into learning Swedish almost a month back - on my own, of course, so my pronounciation would doubtlessly need work - and I have to say, out of the thousands and thousands of google hits I was drawn to your blog almost exclusively! (What can I say, the title is just hilariously perfectamundo).

I love reading your posts; they are so nicely written, it is lovely to be able to attach a story or an experience to a word! Makes expanding one's vocab much easier - if not more fun!
Plus, I can live somewhat vicariously a life en Sweden ;)

As a reader, I would understand if you no longer wanted to post, but I would miss the updates dearly! ;)

Be careful with the "of course"!

Svenska och engelska delar en massa falska vänner.
